- I am not able to download the form? I am having trouble saving the form once I have completed it?
Please download the necessary Adobe software from the following website http://www.adobe.com/uk/downloads/
- What is the reference number?
The reference number can be found under the How to Respond in the Information Pack.
- How do I get feedback?
Feedback is supplied by the Chair of the selection panel. Please contact the Chair and Board Appointment Team who will arrange this for you. Contact details can be found under Dealing with your concerns in the Information Pack
- Can I have more information on the work of the body?

- Is there an age limit to my application?
There is no age restrictions for people wishing to apply. We welcome applications from all members of the community regardless of age.
- Do I have the right skills to apply?

- Where do I send the form?
Please send to the Chair and Board Appointment Team. Contact details can be found under the How to Respond section in the Information Pack
- Can I send the form in another format - email/fax/hard copy?
Emailed PDF's versions of the application are preferred although we can except faxed or hard copies.
- Can I claim for expenses if I am interviewed? If so how?
Reasonable expenses can be claimed for interviews. Please contact the Chair and Board Appointment Team who can arrange for you to submit a claim. Contact details can be found under the How to Respond section in the Information Pack
- When will I get the results of the short-listing?
We will try to contact each applicant within a week of the short-listing although this may depend on the selection panel.
