Flower Lane is a purpose built autism specific resource centre, which opened 3.5 years supporting up to 40 people within Barnet and neighbouring boroughs to follow the seven social outcomes, through community participation.
As a result of our continuing growth and development, we are now looking to expand our staff team and are seeking an innovative Support Worker who will be able to continue to develop initiatives, working alongside our enthusiastic and creative staff team implementing new activities and opportunities.
With experience in working with people with ASC and have a working knowledge of "TEACCH" methods, you will be resourceful and able to prove that they can work consistently within pre-agreed guidelines. Drive, enthusiasm and initiative are essential qualities in providing meaningful and appropriate activities and learning opportunities for this service user group who can sometimes challenge.
