Managing a multi-disciplinary team on a day-to-day basis, your goal will be to improve choice and quality of life for vulnerable adults.

The role
Employing an enablement approach and operating within an integrated service, you’ll provide personal, outcome-led support to vulnerable adults, based on individual assessments. Assisting in the leadership and resource management of your team, you’ll also use timely interventions to maximise long-term independence while minimising the need for ongoing support.

Key requirements
You must be a registered Social Worker or of an equivalent professional qualification with senior-level experience of working with vulnerable adults in a mental healthcare environment. With a track record of delivering customer-focused services while operating within a comprehensive assessment framework, you should also be capable of establishing positive relationships at all levels.
