Inclusion, diversity and equality

SOCA is committed to treating individuals with dignity. We seek to create and maintain an environment where all staff are valued, irrespective of age, disability, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, belief and sexual orientation.

We aim to support a range of work styles for all staff members while maintaining the organisation's objective (reducing the harm caused by serious organised crime). SOCA takes all sensible working requests seriously, for example flexible working hours for parents. We aim to work within European legislation and this is reflected in our Equality Scheme, which you can read in the Assessments and Publications area of our website.
