Candidates will need a track record of outstanding achievements, excellent leadership qualities, successful strategic management and an energy and enthusiasm to equal that of our vision. As part of the senior management team, you will play a fundamental role in delivering the Council's wider objectives.
We are facing a number of challenges in our ambition to become a four star authority, but we believe this is something that can be achieved with the right people steering the Council in the right direction.
