Following the closing date, the process will involve a longlist technical interview with suitable applicants. Applicants who are successful at this stage will be invited to attend a final shortlist assessment centre and interview with the County Council's member level Appointments Committee. The final assessment centre will take place over two days and will include a range of assessments that are likely to include a media exercise, stakeholder discussion panels, personality profiling, a presentation and panel interview.
Dates for the latter stages of the process will be advised to candidates whose applications are successful in reaching the long listing stage.
